The Hurtz Blaster is our take on the Rangemaster. The core of the circuit is pretty accurate, including bias trimmers to get it dialed to optimal bias voltages. Carbon Comp resistors and PNP Germanium transistors have been used for all the Mojos. Transistor type is OC71. We have added a really beefy power supply, including a charge pump to run the transistor at -9V. The benefits of this are; no special power supply required, and a pretty quiet operation. NO Batteries, Boss style 9V adapters only! All the anti-pop tricks have been added to keep your switch from going pop))). A bandwidth selector has been added via toggle, to go from vintage treble boost, to a lower frequency response. In short, this is a pretty classic Rangemaster,
done well for all you lommic needs.
