The PedalPCB Anvil fuzz is a recreation of the Mojo Hand Iron Bell fuzz. The Iron Bell is based on David Gilmour's Big Muff sound. Not any particular variant, but seeking to get the overall vibe. If you're seeking that Gilmour sound, this will put you in the neighborhood.
Depending on how it is set, and your particular gear, it gets various shades of that Gilmour kind of sound.
It cops the Muff sound, but isn't quite as congested or dense. It's somewhat more open, yet full sounding.
Handbuilt, and brand new. All components selected with care for quality and quality of sound.
