About this guitar:
Weight: 8 pounds
This guitar came directly from Squier to my supplier, it has never been sold retail, the protective covers are still on the pick guard, bridge plate, volume and tone plate, and back plate. The guitar was inspected by a team of professional technicians, everything works as designed. The only issue found was a very small heel crack on both sides of the neck. They were professionally repaired and will not spread. I have included a picture pointing to each side. When we polished the guitar we found a tiny nick at the top of the headstock, I have included a picture pointing to it, and when they stamped the headstock they chipped a bit of the finish off, you can see that in the picture of the back of the headstock. We did not find any other blemishes, dings or cracks.
Per agreement with Fender/Squier a small used stamp is on the back of the headstock, the last two numbers of the stamped serial number have been removed and a sticker with the serisl number has been placed over the stamped number.
Here is what Squier says about the Classic Vibe '70s Jaguar:
The Classic Vibe ‘70s Jaguar® turns up the volume on retro style and produces incredible tone courtesy of its dual Fender-Designed alnico single coil pickups. Small hands will appreciate the short 24” scale length and slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets. This Jaguar is faithful to the original with a vintage-style tremolo system for expressive string bending effects and floating bridge with barrel saddles for solid string stability. This throwback Squier model also features 1970s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.
I have been playing since 1958 and this is another one of those guitars I wanted back in the day but couldn't afford. It is so great so see Squier make such an iconic guitar available at an affordable price so that young and old can experience this classic!

- FAQ, frequently asked questions
Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher? The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.
Who refurbishes your instruments? All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized technician.
Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty? No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.
Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it? All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box. However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and getting bumped around during shipping.
