Kramer Focus 1000 Mid 1980's w/Kramer Hard Case!

Mid 1980's Kramer Focus 1000

2nd pickup added in neck position making it essentially a Focus 2000 only the bridge pickup is angled like a Focus 1000.

The guitar weighs a comfortable 7lbs 14oz

Beautiful condition and black finish, face is super clean , normal aging, no chips, just normal wear and so is the back (no belt buckle rash)

Banana style headstock, very nice condition, and nice because a lot of them were produced with pointy headstocks making this one special!

The finish is not perfect, it showsd natural signs of age, some checking in paint and super minimal scratches on back from playing, but overall i'd have to say this guitar is in excellent condition for being a 40 year old guitar. See pictures.

The tone knob does not function - I received the guitar like this when I purchased it and never needed to change it out because the tone is actually amazing as is, no tone adjustment, just straight power! Volume knob and pickup selector working 100% not scratchy either!

I am a long time player narrowing down my collection and will really miss this one but I have to thin out the herd! It has been in a temperature controlled environment home studio along with other instruments, neck is true/straight - no issues.

The guitar simply plays and sounds amazing and looks great! Again, the guitar is not perfect by any means cosmetically but i think the pictures do it justice as to what you will receive. It presents itself very very nicely and its a player!

I bought it used so I cant say what kind of pickups they are but lean toward stock Kramers;they are very powerful and truly sound great.

If you love Kramers, this one will not dissapoint. I own many Kramers, this one the only Focus series I own and I was amazed when I bought it at just how well it stands up to my more expensive guitars.

If you are familiar with 80's Japan guitars you know that they put out quality instruments during that time.

The guitar will be shipped in a Kramer hard case(see pix, case is an original kramer case, logo is pretty faded, opens and closes fine, all latches working).

Will be packed carefully.
