🔥 JUST IN TIME TO MAKE YOUR SUMMER SPLASH – 2010 FENDER MG ‘69 MUSTANG REISSUE IN OLD CANDY RED WITH MATCHING HEADSTOCK! 🔥**
This is the one you’ve been hunting for. A super-sweet Fender MG ‘69 Mustang dripping in that rare, jaw-dropping Old Candy Red finish with a factory-matching headstock that’s literally sweeter than a whole Easter basket full of jellybeans. The gloss pops under the lights, the red glows like a cherry bomb, and the matching headstock turns this little buckaroo into an instant head-turner.
Fender originally rolled these out as “starter” guitars back in the day… but the pros and tone chasers instantly knew better. The ‘69 Mustang quickly became a cult-classic workhorse — a short-scale rocket that delivers jangly chime, punchy snap, and serious attitude in one lightweight, perfectly balanced package. This reissue nails every bit of that vintage magic while staying 100% stock and factory-original.
Why players lose their minds over this ‘Stang:
- Lightning-fast slim C neck that feels like butter in your hand
- Short 24” scale = effortless playability and silky bends all night long
- Pair of warm, well-balanced single-coil pickups that dish out sparkling spank and chime when you want it clean, then growl and punch hard when you crank the gain
- Stupidly versatile — it sings in rock, punk, emo, shoegaze, indie, country, jazz, you name it. Plug it in, and it becomes whatever you need it to be.
This particular ‘69 is in excellent, pre-rocked condition and ready to rip straight out of the box. It’s been loved but never abused — 100% factory original with no mods, no replacements, nothing. Yeah, it’s got honest battle scars: a few light pick marks on the pickguard (earned in the trenches), one noticeable ding on the front side, and a handful of super-fine scratches on the back. All easily visible in the photos, and every one tells a story of good times already had. The rest of the guitar is clean, bright, and vibrant — the kind of vibe that makes you want to pick it up and never put it down.
Comfortably balanced, insanely fun, and dripping with that elusive Mustang mojo — this guitar doesn’t just play great… it inspires. Whether you’re hitting the stage, the studio, or just your living room, this little red rocket is going to make you smile every single time you sling it on.
Don’t sleep on this one. These Old Candy Red ‘69 reissues with matching headstocks don’t stick around long.

Return Policy, Restocking Fees & No Tire-Kicking Policy
We follow Reverb’s 7-day return policy. However:
- You must notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery (per tracking) of your intent to return.
- Original shipping and return shipping costs are not refunded unless the guitar is damaged in transit or is significantly not as described.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns for any reason other than damage in transit or significantly not as described.
We record demo videos of every guitar before shipping to document exact condition and performance. Additional photos, measurements, or in-hand descriptions are available upon request prior to purchase.
Minor adjustments and tweaks to a set up (for example to correct a slight buzz or truss-rod tweak) are normal after shipping due to carrier mishandling the package, climate & atmospheric changes, especially when moving from South Florida to colder or less humid environments. These slight issues do not constitute “significantly not as described.” Guitars must be returned in the exact same condition as received/advertised or additional repair/restocking fees will apply.
We are a small business, not a big-chain retailer. We invest significant time and effort into every guitar. This is a NO TIRE-KICKING shop. There is no post purchase haggling or partial refunds. If minor cosmetic marks, tiny imperfections, or the possibility of a post-shipping setup tweak makes you uncomfortable, please do not buy. Plenty of large retailers offer free trials and can absorb shipping costs—we do not.
