Vox AC30TB 1997
Our users rate Reverb
1997 Vox AC30TB that has original stock blue Vox Alnico speakers made by Celestion, which is the same as the AC30TBX. I've seen other TB's with the same stock speakers that allegedly only came in the TBX, so perhaps it was a free upgrade at a particular retailer? Not certain.
I originally purchased this amp in the early 2000's. It's been played very little in the past decade. The older I get, the smaller my amps get.
It sounds fantastic. If you know about this amp, you know. If not, it's worth researching.
For its age, it's in very nice condition with reasonable and appropriate nicks and dings for a 30-year-old amp that has performed for many people and recorded several albums. The grill cloth shows no sagging.
Comes with the cool, vintage-style egg switch for the tremolo/vibrato, and the original cover, which is much thicker than most modern, stock offerings.
