ITEM DESCRIPTION: Up for your consideration is a rare find: this Tube Tech ME-1A Mid-Range tube equalizer is not only one of the 1A units with the hardwired circuits (this vis-a-vis the printed circuit boards of the 1B), but this particular unit is one of the earliest units built with serial # oooC. We love all Tube Tech equipment, and these mid-range frequency equalizers are no exception. I find these units particularly useful; with so many instruments and voicings competing for the same broad bandwidth of the middle frequencies, having a few of these handy is imperative. In fact, like many high-quality passive equalizers, I find that merely running signal through these units adds a little secret weapon magic to the mix.

This unit is fully operational and in very nice cosmetic condition. New these sell for over $4000.00 and are built for those that seek the best for their recording chain; and good luck finding an ME-1A.
