I was given this unit as payment for an amp repair I did for a local musician.
This Bell and Howell system is in original condition, with alnico Jensen 12" 25w spkr and a push pull 2 x 6L6 amp. Wiring is all original. I cannot guarantee the wiring or that the system will function because its capacitors must be at least 60 years old, so I'm not even going to plug it in. Sold as is. The felt lining in the cabinet has deteriorated, but the cabinet itself is in good condition, as is the speaker.
This is a perfect unit to upgrade into a guitar amp. I'm tempted to do it myself, but I have my hands full with my own amp line (SandersCreative.us if interested). If anyone has the budget, I would be happy to convert this into a very decent guitar/harp amp - contact me for rates. I have amps coming out my ears at this point and don't need another project for my personal use, thus, this gem is for sale.
