"The Ventures" Model reissue. Mosrite guitars were known for innovative design, high-quality engineering, very thin, low-fretted and narrow necks, and extremely hot (high output) pickups.

Moseley's design for The Ventures, known as the

"Ventures Model" (later known as the "Mark I"), was generally considered to be the flagship of the line. These guitars have a character, feel, vibe, and mojo all their own. The neck is slim and fast but still feels substantial in your palm. The speed comes from the super low frets (think late 50's Les Paul Custom Fretless Wonder). The dual single coils offer warm and mellow vintage tones that are perfect for just about anything, but don't let the cute looks fool you. This guitar can growl when driven and rock with the best of them. This guitar has been rocked out and enjoyed! This is evidenced by the dings, dents, bumps, bruises and chips. These bumps and bruises are just visual reminders that this guitar was not intended to sit and look pretty... It wants a musical adventure.
