Early ES-345 models are often referred to as "burst killers" and this 1961 is a perfect example. With two original PAF humbucking pickups, a slim profile 61 neck, and factory stereo wiring with varitone circuit, this guitar offers a wide array of phenomenal tones. The original tuners were replaced with Grovers at some point but this remains an otherwise original example that includes the brown Lifton case. With the price of dot necks and late 50's Les Pauls beyond the reach of most players early 345s are often equally stellar sounding without the huge collector's tag. If you're looking for a great sounding PAF ES model guitar, this one is hard to beat!
