The keyboard is used, but needs a tiny bit of TLC, some of the keys aren't making contact which affects their velocity or causes a delay, its approximately 2-3 keys but this is apparently an easy fix if you're willing to open the box yourself. Otherwise a tech will take care of this in n o time - I simply never got around to it as the keyboard hasn't gotten much use and mostly just has sat boxed up.
