wow what a fantastic Custom shop R4 ! Lightly aged, great Authentic vintage Gold color on the top with a beautiful dark finish on the Back and neck.....has a true 1954 Vintage vibe....aged hardware and plastics complete the look......(all work done by Josh Grove at Protocaster).But as stunning as she looks this guitar sounds even better.....the aged custom shop P90s sound fantastic and she plays like a dream. 8.7 LBS comes with an upgraded aged Lifton case.....complete with cert. This is an amazing guitar!
This is a 2015 Gibson Custom Shop 1954 Reissue in excellent condition. This guitar was sent to Protocaster to have a meticulous Makeover by Josh Grove. Paint was stripped, top re-carved, finish reapplied, plastics and metals all aged. Frets are in fantastic condition. And this plays and sounds as good (if not better) as any R4 we've ever played
