I imported this little beauty a couple years ago. You won't find its equal. This was part of a limited run F-30 Rosewood guitars shipped to Japan back in 1980. I don't know much history about it, but whoever owned this guitar took exceptionally good care of it. I don't play it very often, as I don't want to accidentally ding it (or worse). It might be considered a collector's item, but given that it's wired up for sound (some type of LR Baggs pickup), this guitar is also meant to be played.
The guitar produces a beautiful, well balanced tone. It's brighter than most Guild's you've probably played. Gold hardware make this truly unique, as I've never seen it's like.
