Epiphone Joe Bonamassa 1955 Les Paul Standard Electric Guitar
Inspired by one of the most remarkable guitars in Joe Bonamassa’s collection, the Joe Bonamassa 1955 Les Paul Standard recreates his rare original 1955 Les Paul finished in Copper Iridescent, a special color originally made for the 1955 NAMM Show. Joe once described it as looking brown from a distance, but revealing metallic gold sparkle under direct light. Epiphone faithfully captures that distinctive look and vintage-inspired character in this signature model.
It features the same Copper Iridescent finish, a pair of Epiphone P-90 PRO pickups, CTS potentiometers, Mallory capacitors, a custom ’59 Rounded C neck profile, long neck tenon construction, and a custom hardshell case with Bonamassa “Nerdville” graphics.
