Up for sale is my upgraded 2009 Burny RSG-55 in Snow White — a seriously impressive SG-style guitar that punches far above its price point and honestly hangs with much more expensive Gibson SGs. Weighs 7lbs 4 oz.

This is the desirable small-guard “’63 style” version with a great vintage SG look and a long list of quality upgrades throughout.

If you know Burny/Fernandes guitars, you already know these earned a reputation for delivering incredible value and feel. This one has been thoughtfully upgraded in all the right places.

The JB/Jazz combination works exceptionally well in this guitar — aggressive and articulate in the bridge, warm and clear in the neck, with excellent balance overall.

The upgraded electronics and hardware make the guitar feel much more substantial and dependable than a stock import SG.

Tone / Feel

This guitar is lightweight, resonant, and lively the way a good SG should be. It has that fast SG attack with great sustain and clarity.

Honestly, this thing is a Gibson killer for the money.

Condition

Overall condition is Very Good.

The guitar shows normal light cosmetic wear from use, but there is one notable deep paint chip on the back of the guitar near the lower control cavity area. It is cosmetic only and does not affect playability or structure whatsoever.

Frets have plenty of life remaining.
