1998 Gibson Les Paul Standard '58 Historic Reissue, sunburst. Made in USA, serial 88843. This guitar is all original, except for the aluminum tailpiece and a late 1990s Burstbucker #2 in the bridge position. The pickup covers were off and are back on again. Stunning guitar overall, light wear, mainly on the back of the body. Excellent frets, freshly serviced with 10-46 strings. The Gibson Custom Shop didn't make R8's with such a pretty flametop back in the day, so don't miss out on this one. Has a barely noticeable and rock solid headstock repair, hence the lower price. Comes with its original black tolex Gibson hardshell case. Weighs a hair less than 4.3kg.
