Shure UT4-TC Wireless Receiver UHF Bodypack Receiver – 603.900 MHz – Powers On

Professional wireless receiver from Shure’s UT series, commonly used in theater, live sound, and broadcast applications. Designed to pair with compatible Shure bodypack transmitters.

This is a fixed-frequency receiver, meaning it can only detect signals from transmitters that share the 603.900 MHz frequency. If the area you are in has other signals on that frequency, you will get interference.

This unit powers on successfully. A compatible transmitter was not available for testing, so it has not been tested beyond basic power-on functionality.

This frequency falls within the 470–608 MHz TV broadcast band, which is commonly used by many wireless microphone systems in the United States. To our understanding, frequencies in this range are generally still permitted for unlicensed wireless microphone use; however, operation is secondary to licensed services such as broadcast television and other spectrum users.

Buyers should verify that this frequency is legal and usable in their location, as laws change and local TV assignments or other signals may cause interference or limit practical operation.
