For sale is a professional-grade Besson New Standard (Class A) Soprano Cornet in Eb, manufactured circa 1971–1972 (Serial No. 505314). This instrument was built at the renowned Edgware factory in London during the peak of the Boosey & Hawkes era.This horn features the highly sought-after "Full Engraving" on the bell, including:

• "50 Medals of Honor" (commemorating Besson’s historical award-winning designs).
• "London, Paris, New York" branding.
• "STAR" emblem signifying top-tier professional construction.

Condition:

• Finish: Original silver plating is in very good condition with minimal wear for its age.
