This is a highly sought-after model and tends to sell very quickly once listed.
If you’ve been looking for one, don’t miss this opportunity.
This is the Moeka Shiotsuka model from Hitsujibungaku.
The worn-in Sonic Blue look has a really nice vibe.
Personally, I think this is the best Japanese-made Jaguar I’ve ever played.
Perhaps thanks to the original pickups, the tone feels smoother and more balanced, with less of the “quirkiness” sometimes found in standard MIJ pickups, in a good way.
Details like the butterfly engraving on the 4th-string tuner and the signature engraving on the neck plate really show the thought and taste behind this model.
I don’t usually recommend a Jaguar as a first guitar, but this is one model I would definitely recommend.
This is a truly great guitar, in my personal opinion.
This listing includes two bonus straps (black and orange) and a pick set.
Don’t miss this opportunity!
Please note: if a price negotiation is made, the bonus items will be limited to either one strap only or the pick set only.
Product Description (Official Translation)
Based on the American Vintage ’65 Jaguar®, which Moeka Shiotsuka of Hitsujibungaku has used for many years, this signature model faithfully reproduces her personal preferences and specifications.
In addition to the original Sonic Blue–inspired aged finish, a water-slide decal is used to give the guitar an authentic vintage look and feel.
The neck features a bound “C” shape profile, and is equipped with medium jumbo frets, allowing for smooth playability even with a light touch.
The combination of brass spiral saddles and specially developed original pickups for this model delivers the characteristic sharp and edgy clean tone of a Jaguar®, while also providing warmth and clarity when driven. This guitar is designed to accurately reproduce Moeka Shiotsuka’s distinctive guitar tone.
To certify this as a true signature model, her signature is engraved on the neck plate, and a butterfly engraving is featured on the tuning buttons with her wish:
“May the frequently breaking fourth string never break again.”
An original “moni” sticker, recreated from the actual sticker she uses to secure the preset switch on her own guitar, is also included.
This special instrument reflects Moeka Shiotsuka’s attention to detail down to the finest point.
