Martin / 1979 D-45

The pickguard is usually replaced to prevent Martin cracking, but this instrument's pickguard shows a faint spruce grain, suggesting it is original.

The pickguard and rosette areas are also in very good condition.

The bridge plate shows minimal damage, and there are no issues with its strength or tone transmission, so you can enjoy the clear tone of the D-45 for many years to come.

The neck heel shows signs of having been reset, but this is an important process for comfortable playing.

Therefore, despite having a square truss rod, this instrument allows for stress-free fretting and strumming.

1979 is said to be the year 291 Martin D-45s were produced.

The intricate inlay work and the selection of woods, including spruce, truly showcase the quality expected of a D-45.

The resonance permeates the entire body, revealing the high potential of the D-45.

-There are pick marks from playing and weather checking, but it is in the best condition with no crack repair history.
-The neck has been reset.
-New saddle replaced. Nut replaced.

[Playing Condition]
-There are no dead spots or buzzing, and the playing condition is good.

-String height at the 12th fret: 2.4mm on the 6th string side, 2.0mm on the 1st string side
-Saddle protrusion: Approximately 1.5mm to 2.0mm
