Beautiful, single owner 1972 Martin D12-35. Brazilian Rosewood centre wedge. This guitar sounds huge! Normal amount of wear & tear for a 54 year old instrument.
The guitar was recently in the shop for some maintenance. Dressed lower half of frets, glued loose binding, cleaned and oiled fretboard and ebony bridge, refit bridge pins, recut all 12 nut slots, re-radiused saddle to match fretboard, new set of D’Addario EJ38 strings. This guitar is ready to be played.
Original case included with an old partial set of Martin Strings. The handle has come off the case at some point. Original owner made a replacement handle.
