Up for sale is a breathtaking Mapex Orion Classic 5-Piece Shell Pack. Representing the absolute pinnacle of Mapex's early 2000s craftsmanship, the Orion Classic was designed for the most demanding players, offering an uncommon balance of focus, resonance, and traditional warmth. This specific kit features a gorgeous Antique Ivory finish over an exotic Birdseye Maple outer ply, beautifully contrasted by premium Black Chrome hardware.

• 22" x 18" Bass Drum (Remo/Mapex heads)
• 16" Floor Tom
• 14" Floor Tom / Suspended Tom
• 12" x 9" Rack Tom
• 10" x 8" Rack Tom (Mixed premium heads on toms: Pearl, Evans, Tama, Remo. All heads are in good, playable condition).
• Note: This listing is for the SHELL PACK only. Snare, cymbals, and hardware stands are not included (except for the suspended tom mounts attached to the shells).

• Shell Construction: Ultra-thin 7-ply shells. Crafted from 6 plies (5.1mm) of premium North American Maple , plus an additional exotic Birdseye Maple outer ply.
• Mapex I.T.S. (Isolated Tom System): Exclusive off-shell tom mounting system that enhances the fundamental projection of the all-maple drum without restricting resonance.
• Advanced Floor Tom Tech: Features the original off-tom leg support design and Spring-Loaded Floor Tom Legs for maximum shell action and projection into the room.

Condition & Studio History:

• Studio Exclusive: This kit has been used exclusively for recording sessions in a professional, climate-controlled studio. It has never been taken out for rehearsals or live gigs.
• Visual Condition: Rated as "Excellent". The shells are structurally perfect with flawless bearing edges. The lacquer and hardware are in beautiful, pristine condition.
• Condition Rating: Officially rated as 'Very Good' to be strictly compliant with Reverb's grading for a 20-year-old instrument (expect normal minor signs of use like pedal rash on the kick hoop). However, visually and structurally, it borders on Excellent. It has been pampered in a studio its whole life.

Cost-Saving International Shipping (Nesting): To save you hundreds of dollars on international shipping, we can carefully remove the drum heads and "nest" the smaller toms inside the larger ones using extreme padding, thick bubble wrap, and structural foam. This is the safest and most cost-effective way to ship globally.
