This particular Steinberger GR4 is in excellent condition, except for some scratches on the back of the body from a belt. However, these cosmetic flaws do not affect the playability or sound of the guitar in any way.
The serial # N9963 would place it as a 1990-1991 build. I suspect the bridge has been replaced at some point. Comes with the original padded bag case and (3) sets of GHS double ball end strings.
