GUYATONE LG-2OT - MIJ 1960/70s - 'TELE-JAGUAR' - BLONDE - w/HSC

One of the most sought-after and desirable vintage Guyatone models.

First produced in the late 60s the LG-20T has obvious Telecaster modelling. But with that vibrato unit and pickups reminiscent of the Jaguar, this has become known as the 'Tele-Jag'.

Condition-wise...

All-original and very good. Some minor chips to the body edges. (See photos)

The original pickups, electrics and hardware are all in perfect order. Tuners work as they should. Controls are crackle-free. Even the distinctive original vibrato arm is present.

There are some typical hairlines to the blonde body finish. These are entirely cosmetic - ie non-structural - and have zero impact on function or playability.

And this does play beautifully...

LG-20 necks are uniformly great. This one is no exception. The rosewood fretboard is in superb shape. Fret wear is minimal. These also have the excellent 'Zero' fret.

Action is fast, low and choke-free. Intonation is very solid. The original roller bridge offers height and intonation adjustment.

Tone-wise these lads can spin from edgy grit to thick warmth in a beat. Very full and dynamic range thanks to these superb vintage 60s single coils.

This is a super example of a highly desirable vintage Guyatone LG-20.

Looks great. Sounds fantastic. And it's fully set up and ready to roar...
