Broman Ideal Mandolin Sunburst - original finish
branded "Broman" and most likely made by Regal or Harmony
I do not know the history of Broman instruments
this mandolin does need some work
the neck joint is not secure so it would need some neck joint work and a minimum.
missing the end of the fingerboard
with deluxe case as shown
Broman stringed instruments from the 1930s, such as the "Broman Challenger Archtop Guitar" or "Broman ACE Dobro," were typically manufactured by the Harmony Company in Chicago, rather than a dedicated "Broman" factory. These are considered vintage, branded instruments often featuring unique tobacco bursts, resonator bodies, or archtop designs from that era
- Manufacturer: Primarily 1930s Harmony-made, branded or marketed under the Broman name. possibly made by Regal
