Very old guitar from Russian area purchased and shipped from Ukraine unassembled with neck, body and package of parts including lots of tuners. Made about 1900. Solid; probably spruce; top.
Missing some strings and bridge pins. Cracked nut. Loose frets.
New strings, Martins pins, new bone nut. I glued in the frets. Clever bolt holds neck and body together and allows easy adjustment to any action you want. Just loosen strings a little first.
Beautiful top with lots of character showing some playing. See photo near highest string.
All 7 strings play all the way up at every fret without fret buzz. Even has accurate intonation. Warped back as shown but solid. Rough back and sides but solid. Illegible Russian label inside.
