This is a vintage 1987-1990 Kramer Nightswan in Burgandy Red. This guitar is in excellent condition for being 36 + years old, and has many new upgraded parts. The condition is excellent. With only minor swirl marks on the body and no chips, dents, or dings. The neck has a few small dings on the tip of the head stock that were touched up and not very noticeable. The frets are in new condition and have no ware. The Ebony fret board has no dings, dents, or scratches. It is overall in a 9.5 or better condition. Some of the upgrades were newer 2000's era Duncan Full Shred and Duncan JB pickups. New Switchcraft 3 way toggle switch. A new Bourns 500k audio taper push/pull pot. This pot will spilt the coils of both pickups giving 3 additional single coil tones. All  wire is new cloth braded. The control cavity was repainted with new shielding paint to cancel any outside RF noise. It has a vintage original made in Germany Floyd Rose. This guitar was professionally set up with 9-42 gauge D'Addario strings. It has been set up with a neck shim to be able to pull up on the Floyd Rose 1 whole step. It will be shipped in a non original soft case. This is one of the nicest  Nightswans I have seen, and I have owned many over the years. Here are some features. Please look at all the pic's and ask any questions. I also have some other nice vintage Kramer guitars listed for sale. Thanks for looking.

Kramer Nightswan Features

The back shape of the neck is different from any other guitar I've played. Its sort of like a "C" shape, with the middle portion being very flat, and the curves being very sharp. The nut is also an R1, which makes this a very tiny fretboard to play on. Its is a VERY comfortable neck play, its very smooth, and plays like butter. The dot inlays are in a diagonal pattern, which was very original at the time the Nightswan was introduced. I remember hearing that Vivian wanted the neck to have a similar feel to that of a Les Paul, however, I don't think this neck is anywhere close to that description.
