Serial number R-036986, Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier is a 3-Channel (Non-Multi-Watt) model manufactured roughly between 2003 and 2005. The serial number falls within the "Revision E" or "D/E Transition" range, often considered the "early 3-Channel" era, immediately preceding the "Multi-Watt" models.
