This guitar is in very good overall condition with light to moderate playwear consisting of a chip on one of the back edges of the headstock, a very slight amount of bridge lift, and some light surface scratching on the top. Despite these issues, this is a wonderful sounding guitar that exceeds expectations!  It does not come with a hardshell case or a gig bag.
