Finished in the classic Cherry, this guitar features the highly desirable factory stereo wiring and original Bigsby vibrato, making it one of the most sought-after configurations of the ES-355.
Even better, this instrument comes with a remarkable history. It was owned by the original purchaser since new and has remained in the family until now. The guitar is currently being sold by the original owner’s son on consignment, making it a rare one-owner vintage Gibson.
The ES-355 sat at the very top of Gibson’s semi-hollow line in the 1960s, featuring premium appointments including multi-ply binding, split diamond headstock inlay, ebony fingerboard, and stereo Varitone electronics.
