My guitar is a beautiful vintage Guild T-100 Slim Jim hollow body electric guitar made by the Guild Guitar Company and manufactured in Hoboken, NJ. It has all the original parts including the original inside burnt orange case. This classic Guild model is highly regarded for its warm vintage tone, lightweight body, and legendary DeArmond pickup that collectors and players love!
This guitar features the desirable single DeArmond 2000 pickup known for its incredible clarity, punch, and vintage character. These pickups were made by Rowe Industries under the DeArmond name and are considered some of the best sounding pickups ever installed on early American hollow-body guitars.
The guitar is in excellent vintage condition. The sunburst finish is vibrant and clean with only minor signs of age. The neck is straight, the hardware is clean, and the guitar plays beautifully with that unmistakable vintage Guild tone. The Guild T-100 Slim Jim is one of Guild's most iconic early electric guitars produced mainly in the late 1950s and early 1960s. These instruments have become increasingly collectible due to their American craftsmanship and the legendary DeArmond pickups.
