Before the TD signature Strat, the Fender Custom Shop designed and built several prototypes. Among them and perhaps the most iconic, was a brown and orange model known as the “Padre.” Now, available for the first time ever, we have teamed up once again with @fender to present an exclusive TTS* Limited Edition Padre Stratocaster. This guitar features a customized ’69 Strat neck with a Modern “C” profile, 9.5” radius rosewood fingerboard and 21 medium jumbo frets. Fender deluxe locking tuning machines allow for quick and easy string changes and provide improved tuning stability, while locking strap buttons add stage-ready security. A black Seymour Duncan® JB Model™ humbucker in the bridge position and single volume control provide all the tones you need. Additional features include a stamped/serialized neck plate, signed and numbered certificate of authenticity, plus a custom hardshell case inspired by the orange road case built for the original Padre.
