You are not going to find a lot of these that are in this good of condition after all this time. Four decades old, buttons are super responsive and the sounds are crisp. Device has wear and tear from the passage of time. Comes with an original case and an original manual. Nothing else is included. You can power it from AA batteries if you do not have a power cord for it. The specific cord is super common and you likely have one laying around the house.
