Alvarez-Yairi is the top section of the Alvarez catalog. DY65CE is a Standard-class Yairi model. It is an amplified dreadnought guitar with a single-cut body (mahogany back/sides, Solid AA western red cedar top, ivoroid binding, abalone rosette), one-piece mahogany neck (rounded profile, semi-gloss finish), 20-fret rosewood fingerboard (25.5" scale, 1.73" bone nut, 12th Abalone fret inlay), two-piece rosewood bridge (Alvarez shape, bone saddle, ebony pins), LR Baggs electronics, gold-plated Gotoh tuners, and FST2M bracing. The 65's have been replace with the 70's, MSRP is set at $1,999.
