This Orville iteration of the Les Paul Special most closely resembles the Gibson Les Paul "Junior II" guitars of the same era, featuring a combination of '50s aesthetics, a '60s neck profile, and a tune-o-matic bridge allowing you to dial in spot on intonation.
The neck profile is closer to a '50s feel and is very comfortable to play. Includes a non-original 60s chipbaord case, which is quite a rare find itself.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, dents, and chips throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. There's also some scuffing around the pickup cavities and pickup selector switch. The hardware also shows some normal tarnish from over time. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
Comes in a non original "chipboard" case.
