A beautiful used 2023 model has arrived!

The vibe and sound are truly vintage!! This is a must-see for anyone searching for a maple-fingerboard Strat!!

Fender Custom Shop, 1956-spec Stratocaster

This model recreates the early 1956 design with a maple fingerboard and ash body.

Featuring a very subdued color with a wide sunburst edge, the ash grain really stands out.

Finished with a thin Flash Coat Lacquer and Journeyman Relic treatment, it reproduces the paint's worn look.

The overall finish, including the weathercheck's depth and body edge dents, is more convincing than ever.

The body is crafted from a selected ash offset two-piece, paired with a one-piece maple neck with a flat grain, adhering to vintage specifications.

While straight or quarter-sawn maple has become mainstream in recent years for its perceived neck strength, sound projection, and clarity, it is actually rarely seen on vintage instruments. This was one factor we felt needed to differentiate this reissue.

The body is also offset-jointed, a construction frequently seen on actual vintage instruments, making this a very vintage-conscious build.

The neck employs the 【54 Strat Soft “V”】 profile, offering a solid, vintage-style V-shape grip characteristic of this era.

The fit when holding it in a shakehand grip is exceptionally comfortable.

While Custom Shop products typically feature a nut width of 1.650" (approx. 41.8mm),

this model uses a 1.625" (approx. 41.3mm) nut width, matching vintage specifications.

The compound radius of 7.25“-9.5”R on the fingerboard and frets provides an easy-to-play feel while staying true to vintage character.

Paired with Medium Vintage frets, this setup allows for easy string height adjustment and smooth playability.

The pickups are hand-wound 【55 STRAT】 models.

These are authentic vintage reissues, not the over-wound, modernized versions common in recent years.

Its brilliant yet mature sound with a clear core likely stems from the absence of artificial coloring.

~Condition~

This is a beautiful used instrument, well-cared for by its previous owner.

Beyond the original aging process, no new scratches or damage are visible.

The neck is straight, with ample truss rod adjustment in both directions.

Fret wear is minimal.

No parts have been replaced. All accessories, including the certificate of authenticity, are complete.
