Utilizing 2 larger-than-average, fully-charged Alnico 6 rough, sand casted, bar magnets (Yes alnico 6, not a typo), you have access to tremendous vintage-voiced power! Alnico 6 is like Alnico 5 but more of everything. Darker but still with sparkle, more aggressive, and more room-filling bass with more output for the humble 6.6k-ish ohms this pickup is wound to. More vintage than modern tonality here, but big and loud, with supreme levels of clarity of string-to-string and note-to-note definition.
