A pair of vintage Gibson humbuckers, with chrome covers, and backplates stamped with “PAT. NO. 2,737,842”. Highly sought after vintage set! To the best of my knowledge these are from a late 70s or early 80s Gibson. I picked them up used in the late 90s or early 2000s. They have gone unused for most of the past 25+ years as I originally bought them for a guitar project that never happened. They are nicely paired at 7.05k (neck) and 7.70k (bridge). Single conductor wire with ground shield, typical of that time period (or older). They sound absolutely fantastic; excellent round vintage tone — I would keep them, but I am too reliant on coil taps, so someone else can enjoy!
