The MXR Phase 100 is a 10-stage analog phaser that offers a more complex, deeper sweep than the Phase 90, featuring a 4-position intensity knob (rotary switch) that dictates both wave shape and feedback. It acts as a wet/dry mixer, blending the original signal with the phase-shifted signal to create, in some modes, a prominent "whooshing" or "chorusy" effect.

Key Features and "Wet" Sound Aspects:

• 10-Stage Circuit: Produces a thicker, more intense, and "chewy" phase than 4-stage phasers, sometimes mimicking a Leslie speaker or a subtle flange.
• Intensity Switch (4-Position):
• • Modes 1 & 2: Offer more intense, sweeping, and resonant effects with increased feedback.
  • Modes 3 & 4: Provide narrower, more subtle sweeps, useful for mimicking a stationary "cocked wah" or for stacking with overdrive.
• "Wet" Mix: The Phase 100 inherently mixes the wet signal, with the intensity switch controlling how much of that wet signal is fed back into the circuit, creating a "shimmering" or "swirly" sound.
