Custom built Nau Engineering bass preamp/head with 300w A/B output. I picked this up used and emailed John Nau for more info:
"that is a bass amplifier, with a 300 watt power amplifier. I use a very similar amp when I play. Active EQ with a paramid middle control (meaning tunable frequency), compression, DI output. The fan speed switch is to enable a quiet studio level; if you are playing loudly, or really unless you need it really quiet for recording, set it to high. Let me know of any other questions."
Sounds fantastic, very clean and versatile with the active EQ.
