This outstanding 1972-1973 Marantz 2270 stereo receiver was recently professionally serviced by British Audio Service of Nashville, Tennessee to bring it up to optimal performing condition, with proactive care paid to ensuring that it will operate reliably & at it's full, glorious operating potential for the foreseeable future.
The vintage WC-22 Walnut case is in Very Good condition, with some small chips and imperfections to be expected of an item of its age.
The metal vent grille on the top of the receiver is noticeably bowed, but is structurally intact and clean otherwise.
The red "STEREO" indicator light does not fully illuminate in it's upper right quadrant, but the lights and face are in good clean order otherwise.
The radio's tuner is very clean & physically in excellent condition.
I am including a free silver faceplate as an alternative to the black faceplate that's currently installed.
