Before we choose a resolution, please send:

• Photos of:

  • Any visible damage to the unit
• Please do not discard any packaging. If a return is required, Reverb requires the original packing (or equivalent) for Shipping Protection.

Resolution Options (your choice, once confirmed)

Option 1 — Local Repair Reimbursement (when approved):
If it makes sense to repair locally, I’m open to reimbursing reasonable repair costs after we agree on:

• A local tech/shop you’ll use
• A written estimate
• A clear plan for what’s being repaired
  (Any reimbursement must be mutually approved in writing before work begins.)

Option 2 — Full Return & Refund:
If you prefer not to repair it, we can proceed with a return for a full refund (per Reverb policy).

• After a Reverb Shipping Protection claim is filed (if applicable) and approved, Reverb issues the return label (not the seller).
• Please keep all packing materials so the unit can be repacked safely for the return.
