Serial # 5 99707. The now-discontinued PRS McCarty was a staple of the PRS lineup between 1995 and 2007. The instrument differed from other PRS solidbodies in that it featured a body with an 1/8" of extra mahogany thickness, it only came with the company's wide/fat neck carve, a stop-tail bridge, and vintage-style tuning machines. PRS McCarty humbuckers are warm and fat, the standard coil-tap switch adds versatility to the time-tested schematic.
One-piece mahogany body, lightly figured east-coast maple top, light vintage sunburst finish, rosewood 22 fret fingerboard with dot inlays, nickel hardware. 7lbs 6oz.
