About this bass:
This bass came directly from Squier to my supplier, it has never been sold retail, the protective cover is stil on the pick guard and the factory inspection tag is still hanging from the tuners. It was tested by factory authorized technicians and no issues were found, the electronics work as designed, the neck is straight with no buzz, and the set up is to factory specs. When we polished the bass we found a few tiny specs in the finish on the back. They are about the size of a pin head, you can only see them if you are holding the bass with the light shining at an angle.
Per agreement with Fender/Squier there is a tiny used stamp on the back of the headstock and the last two digits of the stamped serial number have been removed and a sticker with the serial number has been placed over the stamped number.
Here is what Squier says about the Classic Vibe '50s Precision Bass:
A celebration of the birth of the P Bass in the early 1950s, the Classic Vibe ‘50s Precision Bass produces massive tone courtesy of its Fender-Designed alnico split-coil pickup.
Player-friendly features include a slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets as well as a vintage-style bridge with threaded saddles. This throwback Squier model also features 1950s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.
This bass weighs 9.2 pounds.

FAQ, frequently asked questions
Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher? The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.
Who refurbishes your instruments? All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized technician.
Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty? No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.
Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it? All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box. However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and getting bumped around during shipping. Also some players like to set up a new bass to their own personal preferences.
