Jeff Beck Tel-Gib replica. Vintage white (cream) painstakingly relic’d body to match Jeff’s original guitar! Lightweight Alder body (under 5 lbs average) built to exacting vintage Fender Telecaster specs. Made in Canada maple/maple vintage tinted neck with Fender road worn Kluson tuners and Fender road worn string trees. No relic’ing on the neck, it is as new. 9.5” radius, medium/even C back shape, 21 jumbo frets, vintage truss rod adjuster at the heel. Two Artec 59er aged pickups in cream and zebra. Essentially overwound ”1959 PAF” pickups. Relic’d bridge pickup ring. Brown 5 screw pickguard with aged screws. Full size brass shaft 500K CTS (humbucker) pots w/ vintage cloth/wax push back wiring, lemon drop or Mallory .047 capacitor and Oak Grigsby 3 way switch. Plate and domed knobs (Jeff’s did not have flat top Tele knobs) have been aged. Aged Electro Socket output Jack. Fender Roadworn strap pins. There are dents, dings, worn off paint, deep scratches etc. all over the body to precisely replicate Jeff’s original guitar, built for him by Seymour Duncan. Check the high quality pics of Jeff’s guitar, available at Christie’s for comparison! I even included the removed Bigsby marks!! Short Tele bridge, with compensated brass saddles, also aged slightly, but fully functioning. Neck and body are a perfect fit, the neck was installed ONE TIME, and needed no adjustment nor any shims. The aged neckplate is stamped with the same serial number as Jeff’s original guitar. Guitar plays great and rings like a bell, as a Tele should. Ships in a new, quality Tweed or black Tolex case.
