In my opinion this horn is in better condition than brand new. Recently chem cleaned and tuned up and Landress Brass in NYC. they’ve relaxed the springs on the valves (which are notoriously stiff out of the box) so they move more fluidly while still retaining the precisely machined compression that Yamaha valve blocks are famous for.
I played this horn for 3 weeks after receiving it and decided that the sound wasn’t what I'm going for.

If you want to buy it without the case I'll take $150 off the price.
When I originally had this shipped to me, there was a dent in the second valve slide and some scale on the valves. The previous owner paid for professional cleaning and repair (courtesy of Landress). There is a slight cosmetic ding on the 2nd valve slide post-repair. If you'd like to try this horn, I'm in Brooklyn.
