I'm not familiar with the MPC 4000 as I collect these as well.. I've used the mpc x , 2xl and the 5000 I also own the 3000 the live the mpc xl ....you get the picture...Most of these I just own but no time to play ....all I can say about the 4000 is it's heavy I knew enough to see the cd loader acknowledged the wave forms from the drive screen is I get reactions from the knobs and pads showing me they work but never used the unit so I m selling this as used loaded sounds as well and sounds good I'm just not familiar with it. Ohh yeah I gave it a custom look by adding the black and gold enjoy.. have access to another 4000 when I need it so I can part with this one.
