Vintage Guild B-50 NT Jumbo Acoustic Bass - Natural - Very Good Condition - SN BA100100. Up for sale is a rare and iconic Guild B-50 NT acoustic bass guitar, famously known as one of the few acoustic basses truly capable of holding its own in an unplugged setting. This "Super-Jumbo" features a massive 18-inch lower bout and a nearly 7-inch body depth, providing a deep, resonant voice that modern, smaller acoustic basses simply cannot match. As indicated by the "MADE IN USA" stamp located just below the serial number on the back of the headstock, this bass was built during what collectors call the "Westerly Era," known for heavy-duty construction and high-quality tonewoods coming out of the legendary Westerly, RI production factory.

This instrument is in Very Good condition. It shows the honest, gentle play wear expected of a vintage piece—minor nicks, dings, and light finish checking—but remains structurally sound with no cracks or repairs. The mahogany neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the frets are in great shape with plenty of life left. It has been professionally set up for low, comfortable action, making it a joy to play despite its size.
