I looked this EVH Frankenstein pickup online with its identification SH - EVH 20100113 (as seen in the photos) and it said it is associated with the 2009 EVH Frankenstein Relic Pickup. It also gave the following description, and I took a screen shot of it (as seen in the photos): This EVH Frankenstein pickup is inspired by Eddie Van Halen's original PAF pickup, which was used in the first incarnation of the black and white super Stratocaster. This pickup features 5150 winds and was designed by Eddie himself. The original model was released in 1978, and the Frankenstein Relic version was released in 2009. This pickup is in excellent condition! See the photos.

The SH EVH 20100113 Frankenstein pickup is a relic pickup; it is part of a limited-edition series that is customwound to Eddie Van Halen’s original specifications and 

artificially aged to replicate the wear of his original Frankenstein pickup.
This particular pickup was manufactured on January 13, 2010, as indicated by the SH-EVH code. These pickups are wound to the exact original specifications, 

featuring 14.4k DC resistance and an Alnico 2 magnet.

I am seeing 2009 signed ones by Eddie going between $1500 and $3000. Some non-signed ones are going for over a $1000. This pickup was built 1 month after the 2009's.
