Here is an Alvarez dreadnought from the early 1990s. Still in amazing - like almost unbelievable - condition. Excellent condition - not excellent "for its age" - excellent. Plays great and looks closer to ten years old than forty. Comes with a really nice hardshell case.
Just cleaned, polished the finish, changed the strings, performed all routine maintenance and had the action set low and smooth by Jack's Guitarcheology. No buzzing. Packed nice and tight ships insured for the full purchase amount.
